iWelcome Tours Terms & Conditions
The date, start time, length and/or end time of a Tour will be specified in your booking confirmation email and/or ticket.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the Tour start time to check in with the Guide. Your email booking confirmation and/or ticket will be required to show our Guide as proof of your booking.
All bookings are only valid only for the specific Tour detailed on the issued ticket. If you miss or arrive too late for the specified Tour, the booking is non-transferable and non-refundable.
It is possible to make changes to your booking up to 24hrs before the Tour start date and time by contacting us by phone or email. In this time frame the booking can be transferred to another date in the future, or if necessary, a cancellation can be made, and full refund issued.
You have the right to cancel your booking up to 24 hrs in advance. The following will apply for cancellations:
- If you notify us in writing (by email) that you are cancelling your booking up to 24hrs prior to the Tour start date and time, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
- If you do not notify us in writing (by email) that you wish to cancel your booking 24hrs or more prior to the Tour start date and time, you will be charged the full price of the booking.
iWelcome Tours have the right to cancel a Tour if the following occurs:
- The Guide is unable to attend the Tour for a reason such as a sudden accident, illness, injury or other personal circumstance
- Events outside our reasonable control; these include but are not limited to:
adverse weather conditions, strikes, riots, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
In these events as much notice as possible will always be given, and tickets for cancelled Tours will be refunded or exchanged for another day.
iWelcome Tours run in all weathers and tickets cannot be cancelled on the day in the event of rain or snow. Please wear suitable clothing/footwear and bring an umbrella if appropriate.
Please do not attend if you are unwell or displaying symptoms of Covid 19 or any other infectious illness.
The Guide will endeavour to make the walk as accessible as possible for all customers. Please contact iWelcome Tours in advance to discuss any specific requirements.
Children (aged 5 – 16) are only permitted to attend a Tour alongside an adult, and the adult(s) present are responsible for their safety and behaviour. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted.
A Guide reserves the right to refuse members of a group if behaviour is at any point considered antisocial or dangerous. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted during any iWelcome Tour.
iWelcome Tours do everything possible to make Tours safe and enjoyable for all customers. However, no liability can be accepted for personal injury, loss or damages sustained whilst attending a Tour.
You may be contacted by us if there is a change/problem with the Tour that you need to be made aware of. We will not give your personal data to any third party.
Problems with the Tour
In the unlikely event that You are unsatisfied with the Tour, please contact us and inform us about the problem within 30 days. We will consider your comments fully and report back to you on any outcome and/or action taken.
